"I truly feel at home here at St. Michael School and I have a passion for this school. I enjoy serving as principal and working with such dedicated, caring teachers and staff. The students here are filled with a spirit that warms my heart every day.

I have taught both kindergarten and middle school, and continue to teach middle school English and language arts. I hope to continue the spiritual, academic, and family-oriented traditions that make St. Michael School such a special place! I strive to keep this school a faith-filled, caring, academic-driven place where kids want to come every day."

Mrs. Kanuszewski attended SVSU and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She is highly qualified to teach social studies and English. Mrs. Kanuszewski also completed the Effective Skills Series for Administrators.
