Listed below you will find the link to an application in order for your child to be considered for acceptance to St. Michael School. One application should be submitted on behalf of each family applying. 

There are two ways to submit the form:

   1. Complete the form online or print and handwrite information. Mail to: St. Michael School, Attn:  Admissions, 310 E. 2nd St., Pinconning, MI  48650.

St. Michael School will notify you of your application status.
